Advice For Cleaning Your Property After Completion Removal Service
Moving from your home is always a difficult situation. It’s just plain difficult to get everything packed up, boxed up, and shipped off. There are so many different things that you have to worry about that it can easily get overwhelming. It doesn’t help that you then have to worry about actually moving your possessions from one place to another.
The whole process can get a bit insane. Which means you don’t always have the mental energy to make sure your home is properly cleaned up for the next tenant. Once you finally get everything moved out, you may decide that you’ve got it clean enough. You may think, or at least hope, that the mopping, the washing, and the scrubbing you’ve done in the process of moving will be enough. Yet often times, it’s not. Often times, getting your property cleaned up requires a lot more work than the basic stuff you’ll do during the process of moving. You’ll need to make sure you put in a deep cleaning.
A great place to start is with moving the appliances. Many homes come furnished with appliances such as refrigerators, stoves, and the like. These appliances can often go for years without being moved so much as a centimetre. Unfortunately, this means that no matter how clean and careful you may be, there’s bound to be muck and dirt caked underneath and behind. If you want to make sure your home is properly cleaned up for the next people who live there, you’ll have to move those appliances and get to cleaning.
Another thing you’ll need to do is ensure that you scrub down all the porcelain. This is a job that no one enjoys doing, because it always takes far more work and time than it feels is appropriate. Still, chances are you received the place while the tub and the toilet were sparkling white, you should ensure that those things are as sparkling white as possible when you leave. Make sure you’re using the proper cleaning chemicals, because that will help quite a bit.
In addition to that, you’ll need to ensure you give the rug a good steam cleaning and shampooing. You may need to do more than simply rent a machine from the local market, as well. Those machines are certainly good enough for your standard cleaning. However, if you’re handing the place off to a new owner, then they deserve to know that the rug is going to be clean as the day it was first installed.
To that end, you may want to actually hire a professional cleaning service. It may seem to cost a bit of money, and it’s true that it will. However, by hiring a professional cleaning service, you’ll be able to save yourself a great deal of time and effort. It may well be worth the money.
Whatever you do, make sure that the place is spotless! Get into the nooks and crannies, and don’t leave any stone unturned!

‘This is just to thank you and your team for the fantastic service during my move from Crouch End to Bexley. Everything was packed beautifully and the crew who moved me were fantastic, remaining friendly and good-humoured throughout. The piano was successfully moved from the first floor and everything arrived intact. It was really worth having the packing service as well, and my stress levels were kept well under control, so well done!’

‘Excellent company – gave me a really good price and fantastic service. We had the full packing service on the Monday, then they finished packing, and moved us on the Tuesday – on time and on schedule. Kav even had five guys on the job, on the Tuesday morning, which kept us on schedule. No breakages, everything was well packed: highly recommended.
We’ll be moving again in the next year, this time with a piano – we hope to use Pers Removals again!’24th June 2013

‘Three charming chaps arrived to move my piano from Maidenhead to West London. They took time to plan the moving process and communicated well with each other. They had several steps to cope with inside the house, and a few outside. I was expecting the piano to be bumped about – but not at all. Such care was taken – the piano could have been a newborn baby and would have come to no harm! Now that I have found Pers I will definitely use them again.’
